Penn State mechanical engineering student Ian Rivera earns Astronaut Scholarship

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Ian Rivera, a third-year Millennium Scholar from Caguas, Puerto Rico, majoring in mechanical engineering in the Penn State College of Engineering, has earned a 2023 Astronaut Scholarship.
