Penn State team receives Best Poster/Demo Award at computing symposium

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — A team of Penn State researchers received the Best Poster/Demo Award at the Association for Computing Machinery’s MobiHoc 2023, held Oct. 23-26 in Washington, D.C.
Bin Li, associate professor of electrical engineering, led the team, which consisted of doctoral students, Xiaoyi Wu and Jiangong Chen; former graduate student Rui Tang; and former undergraduate student Kefan Wu. The winning demo was titled “Immersive Remote Monitoring and Control for Internet of Things.”
