Christos Argyropoulos elected fellow of OPTICA

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Christos Argyropoulos, associate professor of electrical engineering and associate research professor in the Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State, was elected a 2024 fellow of OPTICA, the professional society for optics and photonics professionals formerly known as OSA.

Argyropoulos was recognized for his contributions to optical metamaterials and nonlinear nanophotonics.
