International journal cover features engineering science and mechanics professor's work

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Huanyu “Larry” Cheng, Dorothy Quiggle Career Assistant Professor of Engineering Science and Mechanics at Penn State, and his research team recently published a review paper that was featured on the cover of a special issue of the International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing. Their review paper — “Conformal manufacturing of soft deformable sensors on the curved surface” — discusses advanced transfer printing, direct conformal printing techniques and applications to fabricate sensors and devices in conformal manufacturing.
